Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit this site. Being involved in the martial arts since 1980, I have experienced as a student and witnessed as a coach the positive effect that focused training can have on the individual. Getting fit, losing weight, or developing a clever submission game may have far reaching positive consequences.
