CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CrossFit

Constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity.Expect to sweat. CrossFit uses Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and plyometrics to create an intense strength and fitness workout

MMA

Learn the fundamentals of striking, takedowns and grappling in a fun and safe environment. Expect to sweat and see your fitness go through the roof.

BJJ

Learn the technical ground grappling art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Learn a variety of sweeps, positions and submissions which will allow you to control any situation on the ground.

Yoga

Dynamic Hatha Yoga focusing on the connection of body movement and the breath, and the development of flexibility and core strength. A balance of active and restorative poses to promote general well being.
